Head Start / Pre-K

2021-2022 Head Start/Pre-K Roundup  (New students only.  Current students will complete returning student registration later in the spring)

Visit the ParentPortal https://portals20.ascendertx.com/ParentPortal/login?distid=163903 and create an account if you do not have one.  Register your child and upload required documents. 

IF YOU SUBMIT REGISTRATION ONLINE AND UPLOAD DOCUMENTATION.  IT IS STILL NECESSARY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO COMPLETE THE DISTRICT FORMS

Required Documentation

1. Child's Birth Certificate
   
2. Child's SS Child's
   
3. Child's Immunization
   
4. Proof of Residence - current utility bill Gas/Water/Electric, Property Tax statement, Lease/Rental agreement.  No cell phone, no Satellite TV
   
5. Enrolling Parents Current Drivers License with matching address
   
6. Proof of income (ex. 2019 tax form) for Head Start department
   
7. Federal Assistance documentation if qualified (Medicaid, TANF, WIC, SNAP, etc) for Head Start department
